Venture Properties is in the business of investing in, and managing commercial retail and office properties primarily in the Tulsa area. The company currently owns and operates nearly 600,000 square feet of retail space in 14 properties ranging in size from 3,000 square feet to 175,000. Most of the centers are tenanted by locally owned businesses, similar to the ones found in any typical neighborhood shopping district, and anchored by a large grocery or regional craft supply store.
In addition, in the past few years the company has been successful in putting together prime corners in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets for regional and national retailers.
